If you are struggling like many of the clients I’ve worked with before, my message to you is that you are not alone. My journey in working with mental health has been driven by a genuine passion for helping individuals navigate life's challenges to build better and more meaningful lives for themselves. It has therefore been a privilege to accompany my clients on this journey, and I thank you for taking the timeto explore the possibility of embarking on this path with me today.
I understand that reaching out for support can be a significant step, and I'm here to walk you through by providing support, comfort, and understanding throughout the process. My approach is integrative, meaning that I draw and incorporate interventions from several schools of therapy that are all supported by strong evidence. With that in mind, my foremost goal is to be dedicated in meeting you wherever you are in your unique journey.
My approach is based fundamentally on collaboration, working together with my clients to find a shared understanding and path forward. This is accomplished by building trust, through open communication, and a willingness to approach whatever barriers we identify together. Of course, while therapy can at times be scary, we will face it together, incorporating humor, humility, and always ensuring a mutual respect that underlies each interaction.

More than just my work
I’m always striving to open up to new things, while maintaining a balance in my life. Some recent new hobbies I’ve picked up include yoga, which has been such a wonderful addition to my week, while also taking up golfing in the summer (and not letting that perfectionistic streak get me to quit).
In my downtime, I enjoy reading reading novels (guilty pleasures include whodunnits, in addition to fantasy and science fiction, historical fiction), playing videogames, and watching sports.
